Policy

Front desk hours- 6 am-10 pm seven days a week. Check-in/check-out- Check-in is 15:00. Check-out is 11:00. Pet Policy- One pet is accepted per guest room. General manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Guests with a pet will be charged upon check-in a fee of 25 USD per day, up to a max.of 150 USD per stay. The guest room carpet is cleaned, all bedding is washed and professional exterminator treats the room after a guest with a pet checks out. Occupied guest rooms with pets are similarly cleaned monthly in the event of a long-term stay. Child Policy- Children 17 years and younger stay free with an adult with existing bedding. Commission information- Commission is 10 percent. Taxes/Service Charges- Tax is 8 percent per room per night. No service charges. Hotel is not fire safety approved. Payment Policy- Photo identification required. At check-in our guest must pay for the entire stay if the length of the stay is less than seven days or for one week at a time, if the stay is seven days or longer. For stays of longer than seven days the guest will be required to pay for each week in advance. Housekeeping Policy- Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. The service includes a mid-week refresh and full weekly cleaning. Guests staying more than four nights but less than a week receive the mid-week refresh only. Service during the guests first three nights as well as additional housekeeping services are available for a nominal fee by contacting the front desk. Guarantee Policy- Credit card required at time of booking by local hotel time to avoid penalty. Cancel Policy- Guests must cancel reservations by 6pm local hotel time to avoid penalty.
