The Solstice Cafe Bar and Grill features contemporary cuisine. Serving breakfast lunch and dinner.

Sampling of our menu includes Alaskan Smoked Salmon Benedict. Matanuska valley omelet. Solstice egg salad. Alaskan Amber Halibut and chips. Ground Prime Rib and Blackened Ahi Caesar.

You can access the Tony Knowles Coastal trail by walking just three blocks north of the hotel towards the inlet. The Coastal Trail offers 11 miles of paved groomed trail that follows the Scenic Cook Inlet. Perfect for biking, walking, running and roller blading. etc.
